Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel your subscription with Manage Subscription in Settings › Account, or in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring your subscription

Your subscription works on every device signed in with the same Apple Account. If TrueNerd doesn't find it, tap Restore Purchases in Settings › Account.

Data requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask about data from an earlier installation, email hello@truenerd.app with your account ID.
